Head Teacher’s Philosophy
The positive relationships and strong communication links between the staff, pupils and parents create a safe and nurturing environment. Our caring school community then provides the strong foundations the children need to become well-rounded, happy and confident children who believe they can achieve anything. We want our students to look back at their time at Prospect with pride in what they learned and achieved, and most importantly, with fondness. We ensure this happens by providing rich experiences, inside and outside of the classroom.
- High staff-to-pupil ratio which allows for a personalised approach and high academic standards. All teachers are passionate about and committed to ensuring that each pupil achieves their full potential.
- Well resourced with excellent computing facilities to enrich learning and a wide range of specialist teachers
- Our staff know our children well and will go the ‘extra mile’.
