This will help support the rugby players at the school that have aspirations of playing for the Saracens Men’s team.

It will also look to create more pathways for female athletes who can progress into the Saracens Women’s rugby setup and the netball squad.

Bursaries and scholarships will be available to families to ensure that this opportunity is open to the most talented applicants.

Saracens Group General Manager, Phil Morrow, said: ‘Our pathways have provided a crucial part of the success in previous years, and we are always looking to bring through the next group of Saracens players.’

The programme will be lead by Chris Bajak, who will be named Head of Performance Rugby for both Mill Hill School and Saracens.

The aim of the partnership is to encourage sharing of philosophies such as coaching expertise and community outreach to support sporting success.
